How will I receive my files?
After successful payment, Shopify Digital Products sends access to the download automatically. Use an email address you can access at checkout.
What file formats are included?
The product page lists the exact formats for each toolkit. The 30-Day Ecommerce Content & Product Launch System includes PDF, XLSX, DOCX, TXT, and ZIP files.
What if my download link does not arrive?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the message is still missing, use the Contact page and include the email address used for the order and the order number. Do not send full payment-card details.
What if a file is corrupted or will not open?
Confirm that the ZIP has fully downloaded and use current unzip, PDF, spreadsheet, and word-processing software. If the issue continues, contact us with the file name and the error message.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, one purchaser may use and adapt the files for their own business. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, and public template-library uploads are not permitted.
Can I request a refund?
Because access is delivered digitally, refund requests are reviewed for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, or verified access failures. Statutory consumer rights still apply where required.
